Internships are a crucial part of career development. They provide students with professionalism and confidence, and can help create a network of contacts. Required internships for the EEDS program can include a wide variety of positions, and often challenge the status quo.
In some instances, students are even given the opportunity to create political change in their own community. During an internship with Ecohouse Solar, EEDS student Daniel Woda was able to encourage sustainable political change in Central Ohio.
